HOSP 3450/ NTRI 4970: Advanced Culinary Arts

Continued in-depth study of intermediate and advanced level processes in culinary arts and food production. Students study and apply cooking methods of scratch cookery through small batch assignments. This course has been designed to reflect current developments in culinary arts world-wide.
