Course Description:

"This course includes the study of classical culinary terms, safety and sanitation practices. Emphasis will be placed on baked goods and hot, cold, frozen and contemporary plated desserts. Students will study classical techniques and presentations, creating popular international desserts and baked goods." ( Plana, 2022)
